Pastor Isack Alphonce Gomugo (Advanced Diploma in Theology, NTC MWANZA) is Ethnically Tanzanian, born in Mwanza Tanzania is married to Leah Steven Nyahinga, and they have three children, Francis, Rachel and Steve. He is serving as a pastor at Bujora Pastorate in Mwanza. He is known around East Africa for his enthusiasm in encouraging the learning of administration, Management and spiritual Leadership. He is the Founder of Mama Askofu Magesa Ministry (MAMM) special for helping widows holistically. He serves in interdenominational church in East Africa.

Mama Askofu Magesa Ministry (MAMM) was established in 2007 as dream of Evangelist Isack Alphonce Gomugo, who was then a student of Nassa Theological College (NTC) in North western Tanzania, East Africa. The dream was cemented out of the sympathetic spirit to the small group of widows in the church of Christ. MAMM has maintained a very special focus on pastor’s widows. As special ministry, MAMM adopted the holistic approach for supporting widows at large, and this has driven the ministry to serve this unprivileged group. The Ministry has considered two aspects in relation to the widows, this includes entrepreneurial education support, bringing together the marginalized to share experiences and eventually find solutions to their common challenges. Most of the widows we are dealing with are left with many children who need to be looked after, both in their daily needs and education. At the beginning, MAMM primarily focused on rural widows, however the ministry came to realize the urban challenge and hence the inclusion of urban widows became inevitable.
